Ingredients
3-4 carrots
1-2 yellow beets
1 parsley root {medium-sized}
¼ bunch of parsley
2 slices celery
1 big onion
salt & pepper
2 tbsp. oil
100 g fried batter pearls

100 g fried batter pearls
Wash and clean the vegetables. Cut the carrots and the beets in thin slices, cut the other vegetables in small pieces. Heat oil in a pot, stew the onion pieces, then add the other vegetables and roast them shortly. Pour the water and let the soup boil for about 30 minutes. Spice it with salt and pepper and serve it hot with lots of fried batter pearls.
