3 tbs oatmeal
2 tbs sesame
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
1 FRIYA Basil Seed Drink (or alternativ: 200 ml cherry fruit juice)
Fill the oatmeal with the sesame seeds an a closeable glass cup. Add the yoghurt and stir in the Friya or instead cherry juice. Put it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
