Ingredients (for 2 servings):

For the chocolate mug cake (baked in the mikrowave):

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup sugar

6 tsp. sunflower oil

1/2 pkg. of baking powder

1/2 cup flour

6 tbs. cacao powder

250 ml cream

1 pkg. vanilla sugar

4 fists of mixed berrys (strawberry, blueberrys and rasperries)

50 g sugar (for the caramell)


For the mug cake: mix all ingredients till its a fluffy and creamy dough without blobs. Fill it in two mugs and bake it in the mikrowave for 90 seconds at 600 – 750 watt. Remove it from the mikrowave and let it cool down.

Stir the cream with the vanilla sugar. Put the crumbled chocolate cake, the cream and the berrys in layers in a wine glass.  Melt the sugar in a pan and top the dessert with the homemade caramell.
