
Campfire Fish with crunchy potato spits
Preparation
Wash and dry out the cleaned fishs. Rub them with the lemon juice and the parsley on the inside and the outside. Season it with salt & pepper. Sharpen the spits of wood and stick them through the fish’s mouth till the tail. Roast the fishs over open fire for 20 minutes and turn them around constantly.
Peel the potatoes and stick them onto spits. Cut them in diagonal with a knife and turn them around as long there’s a long, spiral potato slice. Spread the connectes spiral potato on the spit. Brush them with a bit oil, season them with salt and roast them on open fire for 20-25 minutes.
