Ingredients
2 pkg. pizza dough
1/2 can tomatosauce
olive oil
1 pkg. mozarella {= 125 g}
tomatoes {dried}
sage and thyme
1 paprika
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
1 fist olives {black}
70 g parmesan {grated}
salt & pepper
2 pkg. pizza dough
1/2 can tomatosauce
olive oil
1 pkg. mozarella {= 125 g}
tomatoes {dried}
sage and thyme
1 paprika
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
1 fist olives {black}
70 g parmesan {grated}
salt & pepper
Preheat the oven to 220° (circulating air). Roll out the pizza dough. Cut circles out of the dough with about 10cm diameter – you could use glasses for cutting out the circles. Peel and finely dice a small onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion dices in it. Clean the paprika and cut into small pieces. Clean the olives and chop finely. Also chop the dried tomatoes finely. Add the vegetables into the pan and roast shortly. Fill up with tomato sauce. Add herbs (dried or fresh) and let it simmer. Season with salt and pepper. Dice the mozarella finely and add to the vegetable mixture. Stir in the parmesan.
Spread one tablespoon filling on the dough circles. Wet the edges with a brush or with the finger and snap the filled circles shut. Fix it with a fork.
