
Warm Apple Pie out of a can
Preparation
For the dough: Dice the butter. Knead the butter dices with flour, egg, hazelnuts and sugar. Knead in cold water. Put the dough in the fridge at least for 1 hour. Wash out 3 empty cans and butter them um. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and coat the insides of the cans with it. Let 1 cm of dough protrude the can.
For the filling: Wash and core the apples. Peel them and dice them. Melt the butter. Mix the melted butter with the apples, the sour crema, the brown sugar and cinnamon. Put the filling into the dough. Wrap the cans with aluminium foil and put them into the campfire (medium heat). When the dough is crunchy the apple pie is finished.

Tip
You could also prepare the pie on a grill and add a shot of egg liqueur.
