Preparation
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Peel the apples, marinate with lemon juice and cinnamon. Butter and flour the boundt cake form. Seperate the eggs. Stir the yolks with powder sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Stir in the baking powder, cinnamon and nuts. Sift in the flour. Beat up the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the mixture. At the end fold in the apples. Fill up the boundt cake form with the mixture and bake for 60 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the cake cool down and turn out of the form. Garnish with icing sugar.
