1 small Zucchini
1 paprika
2 spring onions
2 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper
1 pkg. Old El Paso Wrap Tortillas {6 wraps}
100 g cream cheese with herbs
50 g arugula
100 g feta
Perfekt for summer picknick on the lake. Easy and fast in the making and super delicious for the whole family. Fluffy wraps from Old El Paso filled with cream cheese, zucchini, paprika, arugula and feta.

Wash the vegetables. Cut the zucchini into slices and the paprika into stripes. Chop the spring onion finely. Heat up the oil in a pan. Steam the onion and add the vegetables. Roast everything for a some minutes and season with salt and pepper. Let it cool down. Roast the tortillas shortly in a pan and put cream cheese on one side of the tortillas. Put the vegetables, arugula and feta on it and fold it into wraps. Cut them in half.
