Zutaten
2 onions
3 tbs oil
1 shot cider vinegar
5 tbs paprika powder
5 tbs tomato paste
850 g green beans
4-6 potatoes {depending on size}
salt & pepper
a bit of marjoram
175 ml Alpro Soja-Kochcréme Cuisine
2 tsp cornflour
850 ml vegetable stock

850 ml vegetable stock
Wash the beans, remove the stalks and half them. Wash and peet the potatoes and dice them. Peel the onions and slice them finely.
Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onions in it. Add and mix the paprika powder and the tomato paste. Douse with the vinegar. Add the vegetables and roast it. Then add the vegetable stock. Flavour it with salt, pepper and marjoram.
Let the goulash simmer fpr about 30 to 40 minutes. Then add the Soja-Kochcreme Cuisine and mix it evenly. Put out a ladle with the liquid and mix it with the corn flour until creamy. Then put it back in the goulash so that it gets e creamy consistency.
