Ingredients
4 tbsp. rose bloom-grape syrup
2 organic limes
300 ml tonic water
200 g strawberries
1 handful rose blooms
1 bundle fresh mint
1 handful ice cubes (crushed)

Divide ice cubes or crushed ice between two glasses. Wash organic limes under hot water and rub off the zest of the lime. Squeeze the juice of two limes and pour it along with the syrup into the glasses. Wash strawberries, clean and set a few strawberries aside. Mash up the rest of the strawberries finely. Put the strawberry puree into the classes. Fill up with tonic water. Decorate the mojitos with strawberries. Wash the mint, shake it until dry and chop into chunky pieces. Serve the Mojitos ice-cooled decorated with the mint and the lime.
