Green Smoothie
Ingredients (for 2 portions):
1 banana
2 fistful of spinach
3 – 4 mint leaves
125 ml fresh orange juice
Zubereitung:
Peal the banana. Put it with the other ingredients into a smoothie maker and mix it.
Pear-rasberry-Smoothie
Ingredients (for 2 portions):
1 banana
2 pears
125 g rasberries (fresh or frozen)
about 200 ml drinking yoghurt (plain yoghurt)
Preparation:
Peal the banana and the pear and mix it with the rasberries and the yoghurt.
Red Smoothie
Ingredients (for 2 portions):
2 limes
1 fistful of berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp honey
1 banana
Preparation:
Press the limes. Mix the berries, honey and the banana into the lime juice. Serve it instantly.
