Recipe for fine sesame orange chicken with rice and a creamy, fruity sauce. An easy and healthy meal for the whole family.

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

8 chicken fillets

250 g brown rice

1 cup ( freshlysqueezed ) orange juice

2 cloves of garlic

6 tablespoonshoneyoliveoil

4 tbsp sesame

1.5 EL cornstarch

salt and pepper

Preparation:

Cook the rice in the double amount salted water for ten minutes. Dice the chicken fillets in pieces. Fry the chicken pieces in heated olive oil for a few minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. Peel and press the garlic cloves. Put the freshly squezed orange juice in the pan, heat it up and stir in the garlic and the honey. Flavor it with salt and pepper and let the sauce cook for a few minutes. Add the cornstarch and stir until its a creamy sauce. Add the chicken to the sauce and leave it 2 – 3 minutes over less heat.

Serve the rice serve with chicken breasts and plenty of sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds.
