A very healthy and easy meal with a delicious dip made of fresh lemon juice, soy sauce. Made of healthy and fresh ingredients – a healthy, low fat fish and vegetable powerfood: salmon asian style

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

500 g spinach

500 g salmon

250 g basmati rice

2 avocado

10 – 15 tbs soy sauce

juice of a half lemon

1 tbs honey

2 tbs sesame

olive oil


Put the salmon filets in a box. Juice the lemon, mix the lemon juice with honey, soy sauce and with 3 tbs olive oil. Marinade the salmon. No more need for salt.

Cook the rice in the double amount of salted water. Braise the spinach in less salted water. Put the salmon with the marinade in a hot pan and roast it. Peel the avocado temporarily and slit it in pieces. Flavour the salmon with pepper.

Serve the rice, spinach and avocado and top it with the salmon, the marinade and sesame.

Tip: the fish tastes even better if you marinade the salmon 2 – 3 hours in the soy sauce mix in the fridge.
