Ingredients
2 pears {medium-sized}
125 ml rum
100 ml water
1 tbsp. sugar {depends on the level of ripeness}
mark of one vanilla bean
juice of ½ lemon
2 tsp. honey
some ice cubes
4 tbsp. rum
300 ml tonic water
½ lemon {in slices} for decorating

Peel the pears. Pour the rum and 100 ml of water into a small pot. Add the pears and one tablespoon of sugar and poach the pears for 12-18 minutes on low heat. Let them cool down. Fill some ice cubes into glasses, put a pear in each glass. Squeeze the lemon. Stir the lemon juice with the honey and pour it in the glasses. Fill two tablespoon of rum in each glass and add the tonic water. Decorate the cocktail with some lemon slices and rosemary. Enjoy the drink immediately!
