2 salmon filets (wildcaught with skin)
1 avocado

75 g almonds (peeled & roasted)

Heat enough salted water in a pot. Prepare the Rice & Grains like it’s told on the packaging. Meanwhile squeeze the lemon and marinate the salmon filets with it. Clean the paprika and cut into pieces. Heat some olive oil in a pan and roast the paprika pieces in it. Put them out of the pan and keep them warm. Again heat some olive oil, flavour the salmon filets and roast them on middle heat on the skin side for a few minutes till they are crunchy. Peel the avocado and cut unto thin slices. Split the Rice & Grains into two bowls and flavor it. Add the salmon filets, the paprika pieces and the avocado. Garnish with fresh blueberries and roasted almonds.
