Preparation
Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and cook them in salted water. Peel the onion and garlic cloves, and dice them in small pieces. Cut the leek in thin slices. Heat some olive oil in a saucepan, sauté leek with the onions and garlic pieces. Place the leek mix in an oven form. Spread the potatoes on it. Beat the milk with the sour cream to a liquid mass, season it with salt and pepper. Top the potatoes with the sour cream mix. Grate the cheese and sprinkle the gratin.
