Ingredients
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
225 g pasta (penne or fussili)
2 cans of tuna á 200 g
125 g mozzarella grated
½ cup sour cream
1 can of tomatoes (peeled and strained)
1 tbsp tomato paste
a splash of white wine
550 ml vegetable stock
3 – 4 leaves of fresh basil
salt & pepper to taste
