Ingredients (for 2 servings)

1 cup means 250 ml

2 cups pasta

2 cups vegetable broth

120 g aromatic cheese (grated)

2 tbs cream cheese

100 ml milk

3 cups of spinach (fresh)

3 – 4 twigs thyme (altvernativ grated thyme or herbs)

2 cloves of garlic

salt and pepper


Put all ingredients in one pot. Cook the pasta for 15 to 18 minutes at medium speed. Stir in several times. Remove the pasta from the heat, cover it and leave it for a few minutes. The one pot pasta can be served with some fresh spinach leaves.
