Mini Apple Galettes
Preheat the oven at 175°C degrees. Remove the core of the apples and cut the apples in thin slices. Mix the apples with the sugar. Open the croissants. Cut the dough into three similar pieces and knead them. Roll the dough out. Put the apple slices into the middle of the dough and leave about 1 cm space at the edges. Fold the edges to the center. Bake the Galettes into the preheated oven at 175 °C degrees for about 20 minutes.
Serve the Apple Galettes with cinammon and powdered sugar.
