Ingredients (for 4 people):

400g tagliatelle

4 chicken breasts

250 ml whipping cream

juice of 2 lemons


salt & pepper

provencal herbs

2 tablespoons mustard


Cook the pasta in salted water according package instructions. Dab the chicken breasts until dry and dice it in pieces. Clean the shallots and cut it in slices. Roast the chicken filets in olive oil. Add the shallot slices after a few minutes and roast it at medium level. Squeeze the lemons. Add the lemon juice, the mustard and the whipping cream in the pan and boil it down. Flavour it with salt, pepper and provencal herbs.

Tip: use lemon pasta and the lemon chicken pasta tastes even better.
