Ingredients
2 chicken or turkey fillets
400 g brussel sprouts
2 lemons
6 – 8 silces of bacon
100 ml vegetable broth
3 – 4 garlic cloves

salt & pepper

Wash, clean and peel the cabbage from the stalk.
Squeeze a lemon and slice the second lemon. Cut them crosswise at the bottom or half them. Season the chicken {or turkey} fillets and wrap it with bacon. Add some olive oil to a casserolle or baking dish. Add the vegetables, salt and pepper and add the vegetable broth and the lemon juice. Add the lemon slices and the bacon wrapped chicken fillets. Bake it in the preheated oven at 175° degress for 30 to 40 minutes.
