600 ml naturally cloudy apple juice
30 g sugar (or 3/4 tsp. stevia powder)
1 bunch mixed herbs (rosemary, thyme, melissa)
500 ml sparkling water
Heat the apple juice with the sugar (or stevia). Cut the lemons in slices. Wash the herbs and cut it rouglhy, put it in the cooking apple juice. Remove the pot from heat and leave it for about one hour. Drain the herbs from the juice. Put the juice in glasses (half full), add ice cubes and mix it with cold sparkling water. Garnish the herbal soda with some fresh herbs before serving.
