Easy recipe for healthy and delicious green smoothie.

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

1 apple

2 kiwis

2 fists lamb’s lettuce

120 ml naturally claudy apple juice

Preparation:

Cut the apple in pieces. Peel the kiwis and quarter them. Put the kiwi and apple pieces togehther with the lettuce and the apple juice in a blender or smoothie maker and blend it till it´s a creamy green smoothie.
