Ingredients
280 ml Fig and Basil Tea
Green salad leaves
1 Ananas
2 Fists of spinach
1 green apple
100 ml yoghurt
½ bunch of parsley
For garnishing:
3-4 tbsp. hazelnuts

Cook the tea and let it go for five to eight minutes. Afterwards strain it and let it cool down. Wash the green leaves and chop them roughly. Wash the apple, remove the seeds and chop it in rough slices. Peel the ananas and chop it also in rough pieces. Give everything into a blender and make a smoothie out of it. Then put it into glasses and serve it garnished with the hazelnuts.
