Ingredients
1 kg. mixed mince (beef and pork; optional lamb)
1 big onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp paprika spice
¼ bunch parsley
Salt & Pepper

Peel and dice finely the onions and the garlic cloves. Remove the shafts of the parsley and chop coarsely. Put the mince into a bowl. Add the garlic- and onion dices- Flavour it with paprika spice, salt and pepper and knead it well. Wet your hands and form the mincemass to small rolls. Roast them on both sides till crunchy. Serve immediately.
