This recipe for classic apple pie is very easy in the making but delicious and perfect recipe for an english tea party or sweet candy buffet.
Ingredients:
700 g apples
100 g butter
120 g sugar
2 eggs
juice of a half lemon
180 g flour
1/2 pkg . baking soda
oda 1/8 liter milk
icing sugar to sprinkle
Preparation:
Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy. Stir in the eggs and the lemon juice. Later stir the baking soda and the flour in. Put in some milk in the dough an fill it in a baking dish (24 cm diameter). Peel the apples and halve them. Cut in the apples on the top and put it on top of the dough. Bake the dough for 40 to 45 minutes at 175° degrees.
