Chicken Avocado Wraps
Preparation
Peel the avocados. Purée them with lemon juice, salt and pepper to a Guacamole.
Season the chicken filets and grill them in a pan on both sides. Then cut into slices. Peel the carrots and grate them roughly. Wash the salad. Roll out the Tortillas and put salad and the carrot pieces on it. Spread the Guacamole on them and put the chicken slices on top. Roll the filled Tortillas into Wraps and halve them.

Tip
You can eat the wraps warm and cold.
