Ingredients
1 ciabatta
4 tbsp. olive oil
1,5 tbsp. Teriyaki BBQ-Sauce with Honey
175 g cherry tomatoes (colorful)
10-12 branches of basil
juice of ½ lemon
2 middlesized avocados
4 tbsp. Teryaki BBQ-Sauce with Honey
herbal salt & pepper

Wash, clean and quater the tomatoes. Peel the avocados, remove the core and dice them. Put the tomatoes and the avocado pieces in a bowl. Season it with lemon juice, Teriyaki BBQ-sauce with honey, salt and pepper. Optional you can cut a garlic clove into thin slices and add it. Wash the basil and chop it roughly, add it to the tomato-avocado-mixture. Cut the ciabatta in slices of about 1,5 cm. Mix the olive oil with the Teryaki Sauce and spread the breads. Preheat the oven on the grill level. Bake the breads for a few minutes in the preheated oven on the highest rack, until they are gold brown. Spread the tomato-avocado-mixture on the bruschetta and serve them warm.
