Easy mothersday recipe. Chocolate brownies in heart form topped with fresh strawberries. Easy in the making but delicious and a perfect mothersday

Ingredients (for 6 – 8 the hearts):

300 g chocolate

5 eggs

300 g sugar

1 pkg. vanilla sugar

250 g butter

180 g flour

1/2 pkg. baking powder

500 g strawberries

Preparation:

Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a pot. Add the melted chocolate-butter mix in the sugar egg dough. Stir in flour and the baking powder. Prepare a baking dish with baking paper, add the dough and bake it for 30 minutes at 180° degrees. Let the brownie dough cool down after baking and prick out hearts. Add 3 strawberriews to each heart and sprinkle it with icing sugar.

Tip: add some whipped cream.
