Ingredients
1 cup berries
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1 cup yoghurt
1 banana
5 tbsp. yoghurt for serving
nuts for garnishing

Peel the banana and cut it into slices. Blend the berries with the banana slices, the spinach and the yoghurt in a smoothie maker until it is smooth and creamy. Pour half of the smoothie into a glass, pour the 5 tbsp. of yoghurt on top and pour the remaining smoothie on top of the yoghurt. If you want you can decorate the smoothie bowl with nuts {walnuts or hazelnuts}.
