Perfect recipe for delicious biscuit snails that can be filled with jam or joghurt cream. Can also be made of chocolate bisquit dough. The perfect recipe for kids or for a kids birthday party.


180 g powdered sugar

6 eggs

180 g flour

½ pkg. baking powder



Sift the powdered sugar in a bowl. Stir it with the eggs for about 5 minutes. After that stir in the flour and the baking powder. Bake it for 30 minutes at 170° degrees. If you finished baking put it in two kitchen towls and roll it to a snail. When it´s cooled down fill it with jam and roll it again. Decorate snail eyes with matches or raisins and powder it with icing sugar.
