Homemade bread recipe: Ciabatta

Homemade bread is always a better version to the ones you can buy in the supermarket. Cause we love bread and italian food, it was obvious for us to bake some Ciabatta. But we did not only create a classical Ciabatta. We made a modern version of this bread, due to season it with some soy sauce. This homemade Ciabatta tastes delicious as Bruschetta or with some fresh salad creations.
