250 g beetroot {precooked}
4 tsp real cocoa
100 g dark chocolate
2 heaped tablespoons foodspring coconut oil
75 g hazelnuts {grated}
1 dash of low-fat milk
100 g foodspring baking protein
1/2 Pkg. baking powder
6-8 strawberries

For a portein smoothie bowl:
2 bananas {medium-sized}
200 g strawberries
150 ml foodspring Cocowhey pinapple-flavour
3-4 strawberries for the topping
2 tsp foodspring nuts & berries organic
